Gives me great pleasure to write this review. These people think that owners of EXOTICS ARE STUPID. I had fork out R4000 on sterilization for my rabbit expecting to be reimbursed and I'm on their most PREMIUM exotic plan and the cost of sterilization is NOT covered. Yet, the damn cats and dogs plans are far cheaper probably at half the cost of the exotics and their sterilizations are covered. You people are pathetic, the moment another company offers a better deal for exotics you best believe you will lose a ton of business! and I'm waiting for the day that happens. Would NOT RECOMMEND DOTSURE for EXOTIC ANIMALS!!
What upsets me most that is they don’t cover as much for exotic pets as they do for dogs and cats. Wellness checks and vet visits, fleas, vaccinations, spaying and neutering and medications for rabbits comes at your own expense. They don’t even have an option available to add that to your already expensive exotic pet plus policy (which mind you costs more than the dogs and cats policy) but you get less benefits for your exotic pets. Now, I have to seethe through this insurance policy with them as they are the only ones that offer exotic pet insurance. Would NOT recommend, if you can go without it.

More than a week I waited on my air fryer and my tracking says order delayed. I had to chase after them for information on what’s happening. I’m still waiting on my order and I demanded my money refunded.

It has been almost 2 months since I've submitted my documentation for a third party claim with a client of yours that is liable for the damages to my car and I'm always told that you couldn't get a hold of him and then my lawyer called and you told him you've given your client 7 days to authorise your claim and you would pay out the money to me by Monday. I still haven't received anything and I need my car repaired. I will be doing a follow up on this, I would appreciate an answer and a payout very very soon.

I purchased an item online and then called and emailed them with no reply at first about the status of my item only to be told they were out of stock! (already a bad start in business - UPDATE your website!!) I requested a refund and sent through the apparent 'bank confirmation letter' with it the very same day and still haven't received my money. This is a matter I will not let go. I would not recommend them to anyone, poor communication and very unprofessional.
