NXT LEVEL TECH
nxt advertised a powered mixer with phantom power i bought it online just to get it and find out that it did infect not phantom power, that was false advertising, but after going back and forth i decided to keep the unit, not happy that it wasn't what i wanted but i needed it for a gig and it is a pretty decent mixer for the price, the second time i switch it on the left speaker channel was dead, i reported the problem to Charles who intern told me it is my problem to get it to JHB from KZN for repairs, after they sold me something that was not what they advertised, i went and send it to vivaafrica the repair agent (nice guys) now that it is repaired i got told again by Charles it is my problem to go pick it up ****m away!!!!!!calling me BRO BRU AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT ELS i lost it with him, like i am married to his sister??? no customer service spoke over me when i phoned him, did not want to hear anything i had to say, i don't thin the company is bad per se, but make sure you get what you order and do not deal with Charles , and i hope his boss reads this and deal with him in the harshest way ever.

Great service, great options, great advice, competitive pricing... what more could you need?
Awesome service. Great advice. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything you could need for production sound, lighting and streaming and great prices. Not only do they sell but they also hire out and equipment... which give you the option to test something in your venue before you buy it. Chat to Charles and his team if you need advice. They'll try to save your moola where possible and work within your budget. They also give you advice on what precautions to take when buying new gear. Great service A to Z!

No better place to get all your sound and lighting needs in Cape Town. Been doing business with these guys for 3 years now. Best communication, best service, highly professional and takes care of their clients!

M Audio BX5 D2 studio monitors
<p>I bought these monitors brand new from a music store and had them for just under three months. One day they just wouldn't power on and I took them back to the store. After three weeks on waiting for a responds they told me the speakers blew due to a power surge. I find that a bit hard strange because my computer which was plugged in at the same socket is fine. </p> <p> </p> <p>They also told me I have to pay for the repair because it isn't covered by the warranty. I've had the speakers less than three months...am I liable to pay for repair? </p>
