If I could I won't even give them a bit of stardust I downloaded the app and registered yesterday, opening the app no delivers available 🤨🤕🤦so I cancelled my subscription and what do they do take money out my bank account ok it is not hundreds but *****ing R5.50 from me just because I cancelled my account *** ... 1 star is - 10000000 to much for this company useless unreliable and plainly just bad customer service. I was told i would get my delivery on Saturday the11th it is Tuesday the 14th and nothing, I have been on the phone since 11 this morning and 25 phone calls later still getting the run around. nobody out of 25 people i spoke to can give me an answer, the worst delivery company in the world, i have paid for my delivery and all they say to me, it is the driver that was to late for him to deliver. who is running this company the driver or the owner? and i hope the owner reads this and if you do, Sir burn your place down because you are not a delivery company you are a disaster. i am going to start a petition and open a ***** case against you and your company, keeping stuff that does not belong to you is called theft and *****. So you better call me asap
Pathetic municipality Call center dysfunctional. 0 STARS IS TO GOOD FOR THEM Looks like it's manned by ghosts, as no one takes your calls they overcharge you on your electricity and then refuse to answer your call to sort it out, but come month end they are quick to disconnect you and then still have the audacity to charge you for reconnection when the problem is their fault every month the same thing over and over and over , GET PEOPLE THET WANT TO WORK AND HAVE ATLEAST THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TO ANSWER A PHONE
