Pool Doctor (wynberg) bad service
Pool Doctor (wynberg) came to my property and told me the leak is at a certain point, i doubted their credibility due to the fact that the guy was in and out in about 2 minutes. I got a private company and they found the leak at a totally different place to where pool doctor(wynberg) told me. The leak was fixed no where near to where pool doctor said, pool doctor got paid by my insurance but I dont see why because I paid a private company to sort it out.

Stay away from Pool Doctor
Insurance sent pool doctor out to me, he said its a return pipe. He was in and out in 2 minutes, I saw that they not interested to help me, I decided to call another company and pay them out of my pocket, they found the problem(it was nothing to do with a return pipe) People stay away from Pool Doctor!

RUDE SECURITY GUARD
That fat African female security guard that sits on the chair whole day in that corner at the entrance think she is the manager of that place, she is very rude to everyone, she has no manners and no people skills, she must remember she is just a security guard, she can't deny people access to the facility.

Not Transparent
Not open with customers, i sent in an item for repair, when I asked for my old parts back, they did not want to give it back. No where did they inform me that they will keep my old parts.

BAD SERVICE towards fully paid customers
Be prepared to wait 4-6 months for your basic home pool to be completed, also be prepared for excuses from the owner, for progress you have to call the owner everyday, they don't inform you. It seems like once they received your money they don't care anymore and take on new work. You just have to wait. I do not recommend this company.
