Absolute horrible service from this company! Was quoted according to our measurements and after the packages was picked up it was supposedly bigger than what was quoted for, resulting in an additional charge. When querying this with Maswazi Nkosi, I had to ask 3 seperate times for confirmation if they repackaged the parcels before receiving any answer. Maswazi Nkosi also decided to stop replying to my emails on Friday morning and only after I had sent a follow up email on Monday, did I receive any feedback. I am still trying to understand how according to the quote, I was charged for 48kg and the packages is 24kg, but I need to pay more? This seems like daylight ******* and I am wondering if TCG will be doing a refund when my packages arrive and I send through proof that their "swad machine" is inaccurate. Will most certainly be the last time I use TCG with this disgraceful service
Disgusting experience from Discovery! They have issues with their systems and then make it your problem! Wanting me to submit the same documents 3 times and if I don't they will put up my medical aid debit by unaffordable amount!! Try getting hold of anyone to talk to and you get NOTHING! Promises that someone will contact you and they don't. At this stage I'm waiting more than 25min on a call with no answer and a whatsapp line that is almost an hour wait???
Rather save yourself money, time and sanity and go buy your own takeout. Nothing convenient or hassle-free with this joke of a company and their non-existent customer care.
The worst delivery company EVER! Rude customer service consultants that puts the phone down in your ear. Parcel being "out for delivery" but told it is in the ware house. Told customer service line opens at 7 am, but they only answer RUDELY at 7:40 am. Changed delivery address, with confirmation from CG, but still sent to wrong address. Doesn't notify when delivery is attempted.
Event was canceled by organisers and we were informed to email Tixsa for a refund. Initial email was sent 26 November and on the 27th of November I was informed that my refund will be processed and that it will take 3 - 5 business days. After that there was no communication. Sunday 4 December I sent an email as I have not received my refund yet and I was told that it was processed and I should give it until Monday even though the 3 - 5 business days was over on Friday. Now I am told that it was never processed through paygate and they only picked it up once I queried it.
I will be reporting this company for harassment! Non-stop calling me after I told them that I am not the person they are looking for, telling me I am rude when I tell the 3rd person in a span of 15 minutes that they have the wrong number and then requesting my ID number to remove me from the system.
Absolute garbage experience with this company. LekkeSlaap? More like LekkeAanDieSlaap. We had a very bad experience with no water at our overnight accommodation we booked through them and although we acknowledge that the municipality shutting the water off, was out of the venue's control, not communicating with guests was a conscious decision. Not to mention that the owner blatantly lied by providing different feedback and contradicting herself every single time. Any person who has a reasonable comprehension capability could see the lies, yet LekkeSlaap refused to believe their customers. It might also be worth mentioning that this venue was no longer available on LekkeSlaap after they responded to my review. After numerous emails and phone calls they decided to give us a R300 voucher to placate us, even though we made it clear that we would like our money back. The reason they refuse to redund us? We used the facility. I have no idea where they thought we should go at 1am on a saturday morning after attending a wedding. To make the customer service even better, Tanya decided to call me 4 times in the span of < 2 minutes, as soon as I declined the call, she phoned again. This after we explained that I am unable to answer my phone during the day. Ironically, my husband was trying to reach her at that exact time and has left his cellphone number 5 times already. Eventually they agreed to a 50% refund as we refused the voucher, because we will not be making use of this absolute circus of a company. Communication seems to be an issue for LekkeSlaap.
This review is one star to many. Absolute disgusting after-hours emergency service from Denise de Kock who not only ignored my concerns with regards to my husband's health, but actively wanted my friend to illegally bypass a meter!! Please look for a flat/house managed by another managing agent if you want actual service.
Ridiculous experience. My contact details were incorrect on the waybill, realized it when I got a "delivery fail type" email. Have been trying to get in contact with them to change it, have been cc'd in on an email from the sales lady that tried to help me, but the relevant department still hasn't replied on that email. The company that sent my package contacted me to inform me that globeflight can't get hold of me, but still the contact details haven't been changed.
Still no resolution from Telkom's side! It has been a week with less than 1mb/s speed on a 10mb/s line and Telkom has no urgency to resolve. Call center is just as useless and RUDE! And then Tumisang Sedio has the audacity to call customers rude when you try and complain about rude consultants, because you dare to say their service is up to ****. Learn some customer service s****s my man!! And let's not even get started on the phantom which is the supervisor, Wesley. He is never available, buy will call in an hour which also never happens. What kind of national scam are you guys running? Expecting compensation according to Pro-rata on my next bill as the service I'm currently receiving is not even enough to open your useless app. Please teach your technicians how appointments work and that if my app says I have a technician appointed to my issue and he will be there between 8am and 4pm, to actually show AND NOT WASTE MY WHOLE DAY
