Bought a ticket to a show this coming weekend through Tixsa (1st time dealing with them) and because of being booked off with a covid scare I politely asked for a refund as I would obviously not be attending the show. Sometimes event planners will reconsider, a plain no will also suffice, or even just a partially refund, but in this case some people I know with same covid scares and positive cases was refunded and then some not. Double standards does not go down well. Hopefully some of our best bands and shows won't ever be hosted by Tixsa again.
Leaves a ****ty taste in your mouth and that is not a Covid symptom.
