If I could give zero stars then I would. Dawn Wing delivered a parcel to the completely wrong address even after I contacted them to correct it. They delivered it to some random WITHOUT receiving proof of ID! Absolutely appalled at this. And I have received zero communication or apology from them as well.

Besides their support team being extremely unhelpful and unwilling to assist a client, this was the wrong ticketing company for such a high-scale events like the WCG2018.
TIXSA is quick to deliver with their customer service. Emails are answered quickly, they are friendly on the phone and they know what is happening with each event the provide tickets for. I've bought tickets from them a number of times and they are such a wonderful team!
<p>Mango clearly states the following as being a "medical guest" on your website: "Guests requiring oxygen & Lung and airway diseases." To read that this woman was not allowed to board after she followed your rules to get medical clearance & fill in the form, and then told she can only take 1kg luggage as the oxygen concentrator counts as luggage - absolutely appalling. She has #LUPUS (Lupus is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs when your body's immune system attacks your own tissues and organs. Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems — including your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs.) She needs the oxygen concentrator to stay alive! It doesn't state anywhere that medical equipment will count as luggage & then force her to travel with a plastic bag of 1kg clothes! Do people in wheelchairs also travel with 1kg's worth of clothing? You can't have different travel policies for different diseases. Absolutely appalling. </p>
