Kind Regards, The Support Team Phone us on: +27 (11) ********** This is the email that I have received from Nutickets . I sent all that was requested from me for our tickets to be refunded. They then told me that within 14 days after that the money will be paid back into our account .14 Days after I gave them a call toe find out what was going on they told me the money is in the process to be paid out I wanted to know more because the funds where paid as business expense's because the event was for our CEO's Birthday. But the event was postponed we then had to get a new venue and that was paid by our willing employees god bless them. Because we as a company agreed that we where willing to wait 14 days to be paid back . Toe get back to the story I was then told that they where incorrect the money was not received back yet from the event company, so no refunds where on its way to be paid back. But they are working on it I then asked to speak to a manger the lady reverted me toe the manger. I wanted to know why they have not received the money from the events company yet and where the money is know. The manager then told me that I am not the CUSTOMER THE EVENTS COMPANY IS THE CUSTOMER . But yett the money was paid from me to them, if you pay someone for a service are you not a customer then ? she then continued telling me that she cannot tell me where our money is and why because IM NOT THE CLIENT AND I MAY NOT KNOW WERE OUR MONEY IS only that it will be paid back but she was not able to tell me when. Okay R1600 is not a lot of money for a company but R1600 is a lot of money for our employees its part of the money that they need to put bread on the table. she then got me angry by personally taking me on by telling me that she cannot understand why we our losing money out of this my answer on that is simple its none of her business we don't want more money we just want our money back. A R1600 NOT FOR A COMPANY but for an employee it's a lot of money and every day without that money is a struggle from them they don't make millions can SHE not understand that. At the end of the day do they not have the basic human right to KNOW where there money is ? I then told her that she was ****ing me off, and I want Our money to be paid back today. She then got angry and told me only AT THE END OF THE CALL THAT THIS CALL IS RECORDED AND THE MONEY WILL NOT BE PAID BACK IS THAT NOT SOMETHING that must me said in the beginning (THAT THIS CALL IS RECORDED) or is that her way of letting me know that she is the boss BUT I CAN UNDERSTAND I AM NOT THE CUSTOMER IN HER OWN WORDS .So if im not the customer can I please have the money back today that money needs to get back to our willing employees. in my opinion this company will not be able to make up for this and if this can happen to US this can happen to anyone.

Money-laundering scam artists. Do not give them your hard-earned money. They take it, then cancel the tickets they sold you, for no apparent reason. They try to reinvent and twist the English language to justify their crimes. They promise to contact you, then go home laughing about all the false promises they made to gullible customers during the day. It's time the general public stood against this corruption and demanded a return to normal business practices of paying for goods and services using cash and credit cards.

I wanted to buy the tickets for the DStv Delicious International Food & Music Festival 2018,But instead I got the most poorest service ever. This company was careless with my refund money for the ticket I had purchased by mistake online using their Howler website. I had spent two whole months trying to get my money back, but eventually when I received it it was not the full amount. I had follow up again to ask for the outstanding balance...so here I am still waiting for my money.

Besides their support team being extremely unhelpful and unwilling to assist a client, this was the wrong ticketing company for such a high-scale events like the WCG2018.

Now I can see how incompetent Nu Tickets really are. Why put tickets available, it goes through to the “basket” then payments gets done. With regards to the Seether concert- I bought a VIP meet and greet , made an eft payment sent through the POP, called Wednesday night - got told by Friday I’ll get the ticket. So I called them on Friday Only to get told that it was a late payment, (even though it was done before the 24hrs expiration period) and there are no more tickets available. How the HELL can there be no tickets Available if I had a reference number and made payment. Doesn’t the reference number secure the ticket? Well apparently not ! According to them Giving me a lower priced ticket and my funds that’s left over doesn’t cut it. It’s not the point! They need to adhere to their policies: as per email when received the ticket booking .. Please make a note of the details below. They will be required to complete your EFT Payment or Cash Deposit For EFT Payment please use the details below. For Cash Deposits please ensure you go into the bank as listed below and provide these details to the bank teller ***** Please take note of the following: You must make the payment within 24hrs to ensure your receive your tickets. Print or retain a proof of payment in case we need to track your payment Ensure you use the correct reference exactly as provided and insert the reference in the Beneficiary Reference field. (This is not your reference. It is the reference we require to track your payment) Depending on your bank it may take up to 48hr for the funds to reflect and the tickets to be issued. ********************* If you have not received your tickets with in 72hrs of processing your payment please send your proof of payment to ********** and we will follow up with you. The manager “Nicole” is constantly in “meetings” these people must put themselves in their customers shoes. It’s unacceptable - now I am R995.00 short and no ticket! 5 days later. And my contact details that were given X4... are still being “given to the manager to contact me” Ultra Music Festival better reconsider this agency

Is this site for real?! I thought other local ticket sales sites were bad, but your trash site and booking procedure takes the cake. What's the point of registering on a site but you can't purchase multiple tickets? Seether you messed up hiring these clowns to handle ticket sales.

This company arranges big shows and when people would like to buy tickets the site crashes. They have crushed my sisters dreams due to their website not being able to handle the load. Poor planning. Would not recommend anyone to buy tickets from them

I have previously had issues with Nuticket in getting money left from an event refunded back to me and now...once again i am waiting a month for my refund. They have ofcourse been paid by the event organiser and after a month of emails they have told my my refund has been successfully transferred but they cannot refund me as the organisers have to do it. Their mentioning that refunds have to be processed through them on the event website and telling me something else as well as making me wait beyond they said process is ofcourse a violation of the consumer protection act. One cannot choose to use another company to handle your money s they are the event monopoly so how do you actually participate in events when they actually do not refund your money when they claim they will? In addition, the poor response of Paradise Springs event organisers are outragous! not once have they even acknowledged an email. PLEASE be conscious when you transact with this company as they do not refund you as easily as what they accept your money.
