Worst ticketing company for high-scale events
Besides their support team being extremely unhelpful and unwilling to assist a client, this was the wrong ticketing company for such a high-scale events like the WCG2018.

19 Jun 2018, 16:00How many passes were made available for this event? There is no way that passes were sold out two weeks ago already. When asked via email, the reply was less than helpful by stating "event organisers have not yet confirmed if more tickets will be made available." People are constantly coming in and out the event venues; so there is no "space" issue. Why then were so few tickets made available? There's been no update in two weeks.
