I have been with MiWay insurance for many years. I have never had any issues with the service they have provided as it has always been exceptional! Solomon Mokoka's services provided today has shown once again why I believe MiWay is the leading insurer in SA . He is an absolute team player and very well spoken man. The interaction was fantastic.
Ashraf Snyman assisted me today. He has made it possible that my wife and I are able to celebrate our Birthdays safely by not having to drive. This makes it much more comfortable and convenient and we are appreciative of his great service ! I would rate this 10 stars if I could. He is a true asset to MiWay. Ordered a device on Saturday. Message states 3-5 business days. Been phoning since Monday asking if someone could help out with some urgency but FNB employees don't care at all. I find out today that device will only be delivered on Monday, this is unacceptable. The promise was 3-5 business days and Friday is 5th business day. FNB better contact me urgently.
I was contacted by Hlonipiwe Gorekwang to update my policy and her service was warm, friendly and completely outstanding. Although premium went up instead of down as I hoped I will still stay because of such amazing service.
It is our 1 year anniversary today and we would like to go celebrate safely this afternoon and Nkosinathi Botlhokwane made sure that we are able to do so. My gratitude for this is endless and we are extremely appreciative of the effort in organizing this for us. Thank you so much for your exceptional service to us Nkosinathi.

I have always been able to request an uber voucher to get home safely and not break the law. Today I request one and questions of locations, etc are asked and then said that only uber vouchers are given when in an accident, etc. This has been one of the things that stood out for me about MiWay but seeing as this is no longer possible, I will be looking at alternative insurance companies.
I queried my increase on premiums with Buhle Gumede as I am not able to afford the increase. As explained to her, I have been with MiWay for quite some time and would prefer not to leave MiWay. She was able to assist me exceptionally and her service is absolutely amazing! She is a true asset to MiWay.
First of all, your commands when phoning to identify who is speaking absolutely does not work. We put in the correct ID or account number and it does not pick up the account. Secondly your service absolutely sucks. Spoke to two support people who the 1st guy I spoke (Monre or something like that) spoke to me then the line went dead and he did not bother speaking to me, I then had to phone in again and explain my situation for a third time (I phoned in on Monday and Alridge also did not want to assist. 2nd support guy I spoke to wanted us to change things but I work for an ISP and we did change MTU without any success to sort out the issues on your line. So I then wanted to find out when we can cancel the contract and spoke to Sizwe, he then said he would transfer me to someone who can assist with settlement fee I then said I do not have an hours worth of airtime and that everyone just wants to pass the buck and only when threatening to complain did he want to give a settlement fee which I then declined due to the fact that one has to threaten to lodge a complaint before they assist. We would kindly like to request for early exit from the contract without settlement fee or I will place my ordeal on your Facebook page for people to read, it is either this or sort the internet issues out as I have not experienced the whole time with Mweb and it only started on Sunday.
