Phone us on: +27 (11) ********** This is the email that I have received from Nutickets . I sent all that was requested from me for our tickets to be refunded. They then told me that within 14 days after that the money will be paid back into our account .14 Days after I gave them a call toe find out what was going on they told me the money is in the process to be paid out I wanted to know more because the funds where paid as business expense's because the event was for our CEO's Birthday. But the event was postponed we then had to get a new venue and that was paid by our willing employees god bless them. Because we as a company agreed that we where willing to wait 14 days to be paid back . Toe get back to the story I was then told that they where incorrect the money was not received back yet from the event company, so no refunds where on its way to be paid back. But they are working on it I then asked to speak to a manger the lady reverted me toe the manger. I wanted to know why they have not received the money from the events company yet and where the money is know. The manager then told me that I am not the CUSTOMER THE EVENTS COMPANY IS THE CUSTOMER . But yett the money was paid from me to them, if you pay someone for a service are you not a customer then ? she then continued telling me that she cannot tell me where our money is and why because IM NOT THE CLIENT AND I MAY NOT KNOW WERE OUR MONEY IS only that it will be paid back but she was not able to tell me when. Okay R1600 is not a lot of money for a company but R1600 is a lot of money for our employees its part of the money that they need to put bread on the table. she then got me angry by personally taking me on by telling me that she cannot understand why we our losing money out of this my answer on that is simple its none of her business we don't want more money we just want our money back. A R1600 NOT FOR A COMPANY but for an employee it's a lot of money and every day without that money is a struggle from them they don't make millions can SHE not understand that. At the end of the day do they not have the basic human right to KNOW where there money is ? I then told her that she was ****ing me off, and I want Our money to be paid back today. She then got angry and told me only AT THE END OF THE CALL THAT THIS CALL IS RECORDED AND THE MONEY WILL NOT BE PAID BACK IS THAT NOT SOMETHING that must me said in the beginning (THAT THIS CALL IS RECORDED) or is that her way of letting me know that she is the boss BUT I CAN UNDERSTAND I AM NOT THE CUSTOMER IN HER OWN WORDS .So if im not the customer can I please have the money back today that money needs to get back to our willing employees. in my opinion this company will not be able to make up for this and if this can happen to US this can happen to anyone.
