Treat your (Black) employees with respect, Takealot
Zero air conditioning at Hillfox order fulfilment centre. The ladies at the centre do a GREAT JOB CONSITENTLY yet Takealot sees it fit to fail to install air conditioning! Deplorable HR practice! A noisy fan that drives the staff and customers crazy is not good enough! Treat your employees with dignity & respect, lest we paint Takealot with the brush of being an oppressive organisation that values profit over human and Black lives in particular (because the overwhelming majority of Takealot staff are Black people).

Excellent service from the Takealot (order fulfilment centre) staff. Always pleasant, polite and incredibly efficient collection of my Superbalist orders. Keep it up ladies and the warehouse team ✊🏾

Why is Nespresso South Africa destroying the Nespresso brand?
Nespresso South Africa CEO, Gabriel Nobre, what is going on at Nespresso? Nestle South Africa CEO Laurent Freixe, what is going on with the Nespresso products and brand in South Africa?Poor customer service from day 1 dealing with Jessica who was inefficient and **** about calling me back. Trusted the global brand and bought a coffee machine at the Nespresso Sandton store anyway. Bought replacement pods at the Nespresso Cresta store and received the worst service from staff there. Now the Nespresso machine is less than a month old and it’s faulty. I’ve seen terrible Nespresso reviews here and Nespresso and Nestle doesn’t seem to care. What’s going on at Nespresso?!!!

Your restaurant is dirty. Do better
Didn’t even eat there! Sat down ordered water and drinks. Glasses were filthy. Was so taken by my dinner partner, didn’t even notice that the table was incredibly filthy. How can you eat at a place where everything is dirty? Left immediately and went next door to PAUL. Sis, Ribs and Burgers

#BlackFriday Airport facilities at OR Thambo have deteriorated. Bathrooms are generally filthy, Taxi pick-up point is chaotic with cars moving in a million directions. Traffic at Taxi pick up point should flow in one direction to make life easier for passengers. Why does the bag wrap business only take cash? Does that business even pay tax? Duty free section on return to OR Thambo is an embarrassment. It makes RSA look like a poor and lousy destination. How are ALL duty free prices in international departures section higher than local RSA prices? Disappointed that the airport is a possible deterrent to FDI, which the country needs, while the back wrap business makes millions every week but probably pays very little tax if any at all.

Recently travelled to Maputo with FlySafair. Everything went as planned. Although on the return flight, there was a delay in departure after boarding call (before getting on the plane). Asked Maputo check in ground staff why there was a delay and they didn’t know why nor did they seem to care. Ground staff at international airports need more training to execute quality FlySafair service we’re used to in RSA. Landed only a few minutes after schedule so that wasn’t too bad. #BlackFriday

Cleo Geldenhuys at Pentravel Clearwater is literally the best! She’s always on form.I had to reschedule an international flight 4 hours before departure. She sorted everything out, even though she was off work, and managed to put me on a flight the next day at barely any additional cost. Thanks to the equally brilliant Nisha Mohamed also at Pentravel for your stellar work on this tag team mission 💐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
