I called the number 011 715 2000 to ask questions about volunteering, and a guy answered. Before I could even finish talking he said he's transferring me to someone who can help. The second guy asked who I got 'this' number from. I'm assuming he is in another internal department , I don't know. I told them I called the above mentioned number and someone transferred me to him. "You need to go back to that person". I explained again what I needed, he said something like 'That's why I say you need to..." I disconnected because what poor service is this? No soft skills, monotone, sounds uninterested or bored. We take medication for mental health, picking up the phone and calling takes so much strenght for me to get such a response. The ignorance. It may be nothing to you guys, but for me, I am still dealing with the emotions that come from feeling embarrassed for seeking help. No help needed from you guys and don't bother investigating because there is nothing you guys will do.
