What the actual ****? I had to cancel two debit orders, and apparently, they took money from me last month also. Like, what? So now I incurred fees for disputing this shiit. Could you kindly sort out your house? And leave our money alone.
This is ridiculous. This company makes me create accounts all the time before I make a booking, and I lose all my Loyalty points. Only to be told they can see I have been creating accounts, and they all have no Loyalty points. In June, I made a booking for 3 people, and I lost all those points. I am now being told that there is a new loyalty program. I personally would leave this bus service, but I do not know what my mother sees in this.
I called the number 011 715 2000 to ask questions about volunteering, and a guy answered. Before I could even finish talking he said he's transferring me to someone who can help. The second guy asked who I got 'this' number from. I'm assuming he is in another internal department , I don't know. I told them I called the above mentioned number and someone transferred me to him. "You need to go back to that person". I explained again what I needed, he said something like 'That's why I say you need to..." I disconnected because what poor service is this? No soft skills, monotone, sounds uninterested or bored. We take medication for mental health, picking up the phone and calling takes so much strenght for me to get such a response. The ignorance. It may be nothing to you guys, but for me, I am still dealing with the emotions that come from feeling embarrassed for seeking help. No help needed from you guys and don't bother investigating because there is nothing you guys will do.
My son went missing on Friday last week for about 2 hours. After looking for him for about 20minutes, I visited the Makhaza Police Station. The new one. YHO! These were the comments made when I asked why we were not being attended to, mind you no one told me that they were changing shifts. When I started to record, one guy with short hair and he is dark and short, sid the following: "What makes you think we will find your child if we attend to you now?" (In Xhosa) "If you don't know where your child is, how will we know/find him?" "Even if we help you look with the car, who said you iwll find him?" He ended by saying "Nisile" the said no I said you are the one who is "rude". So just by asking why no one was helping, trying to find clarity, I am rude. You can hear the panic in the video I took, I was not rude I pleaded for an explanation. Thanks to the policeman and woman that came to my rescue when I was outside panicking.
Great energy from the employees, chatty, vibey and most of all friendly. I returned 3 times in 1 week if not 4 times. So that tells you a lot about thetaste of the Pizza. Very accommodative.
Great customer advisor Shanice. Very helpful. I might have bored her with the kid screaming in the background and me being slow because she sounded a bit rushed at the end. Nonetheless, she was good… 😇
