LifeLine consultants are just working to get paid. No passion whatssoever for their jobs.
I called the number 011 715 2000 to ask questions about volunteering, and a guy answered. Before I could even finish talking he said he's transferring me to someone who can help. The second guy asked who I got 'this' number from. I'm assuming he is in another internal department , I don't know. I told them I called the above mentioned number and someone transferred me to him. "You need to go back to that person". I explained again what I needed, he said something like 'That's why I say you need to..." I disconnected because what poor service is this? No soft skills, monotone, sounds uninterested or bored. We take medication for mental health, picking up the phone and calling takes so much strenght for me to get such a response. The ignorance. It may be nothing to you guys, but for me, I am still dealing with the emotions that come from feeling embarrassed for seeking help. No help needed from you guys and don't bother investigating because there is nothing you guys will do.

Hi guys.. Just want to let you know.. If you really looking for a great and friendly GP.... Please try doctor Khumalo... I swear you will join me... By recommending him to your friends and family...hes absolutely the best GP.... His stuff are very well behaved...friendly but very professional... May God keep blessing doctor Khumalo..... One of his stuff is mandla.. The guy is so professional.. Honest and very friendly...
