What kind of nonsense is this. Today is the last day of the month Why are you charging us R61? What is it for? My wife's salary came in just after 7 pm Now you are charging us R61 for what?
I was very disrespected by a lady called itumelo at bidvest cresta mall. She was ride and very unprofessional. My wife and I went to receive money from western union. We we got there . This lady (itumelo) asked me to be away from my wife( basically 3 or 4 meter between us) I was shocked but I didn't even say a word... The other colleague asked my wife for the details et ... And he said to my wife that the names are wrong .. My wife asked them How? That the name on the copy that was sent to her are the same as the one on her ID. He waited a bit and he was confused .. my wife showed him her id once again ..and asked him what is wrong. So I approached my wife asking her what is happening? And the lady by the name itumelo came in very rude( I guess she was having a bad day) then she said to us.. Listen listen ..the names are wrong ...i then asked her wrong How? She couldn't even explain...she sa8d the names are wrong in the system ...i then called my brother to sent me the copy of the receipt from western union....i showed her .. that the name that is on the receipt is the same as the names on the ID.so what is wrong ..she keep telling me I should listen , I should learn how to listen.. we started arguing...she said she won't help us that even if I come there again with a correct info ..she won't help.us. And I asked me if she's the owner of the bidvest since she's saying she won't help us.. I am very hurt and feel very disrespected. I called the branch to log and complain..she was the one who picked the call..she even refused to log a complain for me .. then I told her the call is recorded.that Obama going to log a complain with the head office... This lady even said to me ..she will show me.. Please any bidvest manager or supervisor reading this I won't action to be taken ...you can view the video record etc..it happened 40 minutes ago. Saturday 4th of April 2020.
Dis-chem cresta mall (dispensary treated me like a lesser human being....my dignity was taken away from me ....this happened on the 5th of June 2019 around 17:18 .. I lodged a complain with the assistant store manager ....I believe in using the right channels before I take this further... I would like to hear from the head or the supervisor of your complaint department ... as I write this I am in massive affliction ...

By recommending him to your friends and family...hes absolutely the best GP.... His stuff are very well behaved...friendly but very professional... May God keep blessing doctor Khumalo..... One of his stuff is mandla.. The guy is so professional.. Honest and very friendly...
A very short but painful journey with discovery medical aid.... Guys please think twice.. Think again before you join discovery medical aid.. They are just there to milk you... Pay.. Pay and pay but when you have a problem they will.make sure they find something against you so you won't be covered... But I won't keep quiet and I won't stop till I get justice... My wife and I joined discovery medical aid and we were told no waiting period... I got sick and I went to see my GP.. He referred me to the hospital... When I got there..Doctor Darling and ass.. Suggested they will have to admit... Discovery declined the authorisation saying i should let my Gp complete a personal medical assesment Form and send it to them... I waited for more than 2 weeks... When i called discovery i was told that are going to terminate my cover because of "non disclosure" the reason being... I saw my GP in november 2017.. And i didnt tell them i have seen a GP... That they will cancel my cover.. Then i will have to reapply again... I said to the guy (George) no problem...he was very nice and professional... He promised to send us a cancellation form etc...which he never did. This morning my wife and i called discovery to let them know of our intention..... We were told they cannot cancel it until the forensic department approve it..... And the lady that we spoke to was very rude... Raw... Unprofessional and even saying on the phone.. " oh my God " etc...like we were disturbing her... Her name is rahgmad....... She told us i will have to pay 2000+ to discovery for non disclosure.... I asked her non disclosure of what because i have no condition nor do i have any disease.. As per my GP letter.. He said to them i am havibg a symptoms of bloating etc.... Discovery said to me i should have declared i was having a condition..... I even asked them why cant they investigate their client very well before joining the scheme..and why do they always have something to say when a client need to get an admission? I was told that i can re apply but i should say on the form that i have a condition....so 1 year waiting period will be applied.. I asked the guy if they can help by telling me what condition do i have so i know. Because as far as i know i have no condition.. I was put on hold for more than 17 min then she drop the call.... Guy please they are a lot of good medical aid out there bu discovery aint the one....please think twice before you join discovery... Please i am pleading with you to think twice before joining discovery medical aid.... They might look great but wait till u have a problem.. Please stay away from discovery... I now want to accept i am no longer covered but they saying no i will have to wait for another week... I was told they will hand me over to their debt department.... Please stay away from discovery..
I joined discovery medical scheme because I thought they were the best among the rest. I have friends and family members who always tells me good things about discovery until my wife and I decided to join them. I don't want to say I am very disappointed but I am still in shock. We are a very young and healthy couple with no major disease apart from yearly flu here and there. In 2016 I once had a stomach issue and I went to a Pharmacy and I was given gaviscon. The pain went away after 2 days. In November 2017 I had the same thing and I went to see a GP etc, I was given antacid and I felt better. We joined discovery and our membership was active on the 1st of April 2018, on the 19 the of April I had the same stomach issue and I went to the same GP and I was given some antibiotics,etc. A day later I was rushed to mediclinic in Sandton because of the same issue. All blood test were done and everything was normal and the doctor even advised me to do a scope. He gave me a specialist card to book for an appointment with him. I had a very serious hurtburn and I was rushed to life hospital and another doctor advised me to do a scope but suggested he was going to keep me until the scope was done. After 2 hours the doc came back to me saying my medical aid didn't approved the request. That it's still pending and they will only reply on Monday. I was in pain, on Monday I called them to ask if there was a specific reason why my request is still pending. The consultant advised me that a letter has been sent to my GP for confirmation etc, when I called my doctor informing him about the letter. He said to me he hasn't received anything. That he doubt if discovery have his email address. He them gave me his email address to give to discovery. I don't even know what is wrong with me and I am stressing asking myself why all the doctors want a scope etc. This is our first experience with discovery, I don't know what to do, whom to talk to. Because we don't even know what is happening. We need help or someone to tell us what's is really happening..
