Bad experience

I could not attend face-to-face appointments because my working hours and their availability clashed. I am feeling very disappointed by the help I received over the phone. The lady did not even ask my name, all she said was "mmh" .

Had no sense of urgency to help. Didn't sound like she was focussing at all.

If you are in this profession, please make sure you are attentive because now I want to kill myself even more.
