Bad experience
I could not attend face-to-face appointments because my working hours and their availability clashed. I am feeling very disappointed by the help I received over the phone. The lady did not even ask my name, all she said was "mmh" . Had no sense of urgency to help. Didn't sound like she was focussing at all. If you are in this profession, please make sure you are attentive because now I want to kill myself even more.

Customer Service from Ané van Zyl
I had an incident with one of the lady's who worked on my file until Ané van Zyl took over. She is extremely professional, easy-going, helpful, friendly and patient. It's an absolute pleasure working with her. She listens to me and never cuts me off. Provides constant feedback and always responds to my emails/calls. Lastly, I could not see her but I could hear the smile on her face! The service I'm receiving from her is definitely 10/10!
