And they are using cross-border banking details. this is the contact number displayed on the webpage (078 947 9819) the name of the person is Eric, be very careful of this guy he is the frautstar. he will sell you lairs and provide you with a lifestock global account number.

Let me paint a picture........(the picture took me 3hrs now I'm posting this) It is the time of the year when most people do the most harm to themself or others....and thank God some people have the strength to look for that support and acceptance one last time... The first number GOOGLE gives you is LIFELINE 24-hour / 365 days help line....(0861322322) STILL CALLING (0164281740) no luck 0726779090 no luck STILL FAST FORWARD (3 hrs later) NOTHING!!! NO ANSWER With that said on LIFLINE "ABOUT US" page I quote "LifeLine is an affiliate member of the following bodies : LifeLine International · Society of AIDS in Africa (ICASA) · Amnesty International · International Federation of Telephone Emergency Services and International Association of Suicide Prevention. LifeLine South Africa operates three national Call Centre lines on a 24/7, 365 days a year service, two of the helplines are free on all networks and the other one is a shared call it hosts the following Helplines: most people reach out to be helped at this time of year!! (https://lifelinesa.co.za/about-us/) also have a look at all the WONDERFUL PARTNERS SUPPORTING NOTHING!! Just a very well done to SPAR ,TELKOM, SABC ( just to name a few) WHAT a wonderful lifeline guys are !!! WELL DONE

I could not attend face-to-face appointments because my working hours and their availability clashed. I am feeling very disappointed by the help I received over the phone. The lady did not even ask my name, all she said was "mmh" . Had no sense of urgency to help. Didn't sound like she was focussing at all. If you are in this profession, please make sure you are attentive because now I want to kill myself even more.

<p>hi all.I have been struggling with a real traumatic problem and called lifeline to speak to someone before making bad decisions.i got hold of someone bt the name of Thomson who was supposed to get me an appointment with a counsellor.im unemployed and dont have the money to go to an outside counsellor.anyway this person says he will get someone in 5 working days.i hold myself in hope that after that i get help.after 5 days no one calls so i call after 6 working days.thompson says ive benn appointed someone named Patricia.and she will contact me .she contacts me a week later via sms saying i should call her.i explained in sms as im unemployed ,zero cash.that i need an appointment and been there before and in the past i was contact to make appointment for counselling session.she then blames admin and says she will get bach to me and doesnt ,after another week i call thomson to say can i please change the person cos clearly this person gives a dam.well not in those exact words.he then says he will,and after 5 days i call him again.he says they very busy and will get back to me now its another week later.im am shocked at this centre .they call themselves a helpline and actually dont help us.its truly disappointing as im in desperate need of counselling.this place should change its name from helpline unless its helpline to **** yourself.ive always had high regard for this centre until now.its management is useless sadly.</p>

<p>Every year I bought lifelines packages and did the payment as soon as I received the packages. In 2013 I made the payment and since then they have been phoning me, threatning me etc because of non payment. I have sent through the proof of payment last year in August to different people and CONFIRMED that they received it. This morning nearly a year later another person phones me to ask if I sent through proof of payment. Needless to say I will never support them again and I will tell everyone that I know to not support them. Clearly their employees are incompetant. I would rather donate to another charity.</p>
