I have been a client with FNB for years and have always been on the level 3 rewards system, As of June this year I was downgraded to level 2 and then this month to level 1. So now where I used to qualify for up to 20% discount I now qualify for 5%. I have 3+ personal accounts with them as well as business accounts and frankly I am upset that they can just change your rewards if and when they feel like it even though I have been doing the same things for years. I will now start looking what advantages/rewards other banks can offer me as Im sure other banks will offer me a better deal.

I have sent through the proof of payment last year in August to different people and CONFIRMED that they received it. This morning nearly a year later another person phones me to ask if I sent through proof of payment. Needless to say I will never support them again and I will tell everyone that I know to not support them. Clearly their employees are incompetant. I would rather donate to another charity.</p>

I bought an Iphone 6s plus from them on Bidorbuy. I confirmed if they have stock of Rose gold before I did the purchase. The price listed on Bidorbuy was R12999. When I did the order and paid the amount they infirmed us that they only have gold in stock and that the phone is now R14000. I have to pay rhe difference in order to get a gokd phone after confirming they have rose gold. I asked for a refund, sent my banking details and have been waiting 4 days for a refund which hasn't happened yet. I need a phone urgently to do business and can't buy another without the refund. I applied twice for merchant services for my business that banks with FNB. I filled in two call me back forms on their website and got an confirmation each time stating that a consultant will be in contact within 24-48 hours. I even received reference numbers for the forms. To date(about two weeks later) I have received not even as much as an email to say that they are too busy to attend to my needs. Seems I will have to change banks perhaps that will get their attention.
We closed our business in Aug 2015. Mibco allocated a payment made for one of our branches wrongly, consequently one account is in arreas with about R10000 and the other account is in debit with almost R10000. Mibco refuses to acknowledge that they made a mistake. Every month I get an email that says we owe them R10000 and they owe me R10000. But they want us to pay the R10000 even though Ive sent them all proof of payments as well as a complete recon to show that it was just a miss allocation but you get no response when I try to phone the phone rings few times and just go dead. I imported a gown with DHL,agent helping me was Cannie Mohapeloa and his service great. He kept me in the loop when customs stopped my parcel. Ultimately customs gave me a penalty of R500 - the reason is one long paragraph referring to acts and rule but it doesn't explain exactly what its for additionally I had to make a provisional payment of R2500 pending a stamped DA185 form to be submitted. I have been importing for 2 years with an importers code and stamped DA185 form. I sent this through to the clearing agent but I still had to pay the R3000. He told me I can then apply for a refund. When I contacted him for the refund he said I should submit the DA185 form which I resent to him. He subsequently didnt know how to proceed and tried for two weeks to find out what the problem is from his senior Frederick Lakie who hasnt responded yet. I have 30 days to submit my documents and almost 3 weeks has gone by and I still dont know what the problem is. I HAVE An IMPORTERS CODE AND DA185 FORM. I tried to phone customs directly but they say I should work through to my DHL agent. I will be lodging a claim of R3000 against DHL because I am going to loose the money because of lack of service
I had a shipment come in from China via DHL. I make sure that my parcels are not underdeclared, CBCU apparently randomly stopped my parcel even though I already paid taxes. It took them two weeks to notify the dhl agent what documents they require to release the parcel. I made a purchase on Aliexpress with my debit card, on the Aliexpress system it said the payment was unsuccessful but I got a confirmation sms and email from FNB saying the money has been reserved. I phoned FNB business banking(which took a lot of effort as it was just ringing) the guy who helped me confirmed that the money has gone out of my bank account and that I must speak to the Authorisation Department he put me through to them and I spoke to a lady who said that she can't help me I must contact the disputes department. She transferred me to the disputes department where another lady answered the phone after I explained my situation for the 3 time she told me I must speak to the business banking department. I told her that I did and that it is they that transferred me and she just dropped the phone in my ear!!! I have always been an FNB fan but seems like they are losing it! How rude can you be??? I am just trying to sort out a problem and this happens. Its pathetic perhaps I should consider moving to another bank if they are not willing to help me!
I had a high volume parcel enter SA on the 25th of July since then I have been struggling to get feedback from them and my invoice so that I can get my parcel. I want to pay the customs and duties as soon as possible so that I can get the parcel but the service is very bad. I have to threaten her before I receive any feedback. I had another high volume parcel enter on the same date from another courier(Sharp Logistics) company and the dress was delivered on the 31st of July.
