I have ordered polo bedding in October and still have not received it. Linen and lifestyle has being sending me from pillar to post telling me that they have not yet received the material as its from overseas, yet when they advertise their products it is as if they have them in store. I requested for refund now im being told they are processing it. I will not recommend linen and lifestyle because they are full of stories.. O want my refund

Went to Lifestyle on Saturday morning (16 April 2016). Lady behind counter asked if she can assist me. I said yes I need assistance in obtaining material in order to make duvet covers for winter. This all happened while she was cutting another customers' material. She said I must have a look myself and just showed with her head where the shelves are. Asked another assistant. He took me to the same lady. The way she spoke to me before customers was not acceptable. Went to manager who told me to wait because he is busy with something - then he went out of the shop. After 5 minutes I left the shop empty handed. In a time like today I would expect retail outlets to concentrate on client service. I went to another shop and spent R3000 on material.
