I ordered 2 headboards from this company in February before the lockdown. I was then called to be informed that they will deliver after the lockdown. Since the Lockdown had been lifted I was told they would deliver as soon as possible. It has been 5 weeks now. I have written emails, send Whatsapp and called the company numbers multiple times with no answer. Last week I called and spoke to a manager who said latest deliver would be Friday 17th, I waited the whole day no delivery. I then called again of which he said they would deliver on Saturday before 12. I waited the whole day no delivery. Now I call and they don’t answer and the other number hours straight to voicemail. They do not even reply emails.
This has been the worst consumer experience I have ever had.
