I ordered an items from Wish.com in February 2020. Understandably due to COVID there was a delivery delay. Now months after lockdown still no delivery. I request a refund and they say window for refund closed although it’s noted on their system that items have not been delivered. When I try deactivate the account it refuses to authenticate me and deactivate. Now I have no refund and an account that refuses to be deleted
I have been a fan of the Nandos hotpot for years but today was my last day eating it. I ordered the hotpot from the Blackhealth store and literally they gave me dry rice, with dry chicken strips and green pepper sprinkled on top. Such a disappointment.
I ordered 2 headboards from this company in February before the lockdown. I was then called to be informed that they will deliver after the lockdown. Since the Lockdown had been lifted I was told they would deliver as soon as possible. It has been 5 weeks now. I have written emails, send Whatsapp and called the company numbers multiple times with no answer. Last week I called and spoke to a manager who said latest deliver would be Friday 17th, I waited the whole day no delivery. I then called again of which he said they would deliver on Saturday before 12. I waited the whole day no delivery. Now I call and they don’t answer and the other number hours straight to voicemail. They do not even reply emails. This has been the worst consumer experience I have ever had.
