So I saw an advert on instagram, they are selling luggage and it can charge your phone . I’m like I can try this cause I’m about to travel overseas and I need luggage. When the luggage was delivered unfortunately I was on another trip, my helper opened the luggage. After I get home I find two cheap looking suitcases tha can be poked opened with a pen like they are made out of cardboard. I say to myself, this is not safe, I e seen peoples luggage being opened and many stories of people planting drugs into people’s luggage overseas….so I returned the luggage…. They refused to refund me ! I did not want their cheap looking luggage so they kept both the money and the ******* luggage… Their CEO ISSAC LEVY Zero problem solver …he just ate my money and moved on

It’s actually a pity the least you can give a review is 1 star because this company deserves a negative rating. Placed an order with them mid September for 3 chairs and paid a 75% deposit because the company profile and the work they do looked so great in instagram. I was given a 3 weeks lead time by the person who helped me with the order. When week 3 arrived I called and the person who answered the phone kept hanging up on me. So decided to make a turn at their premises in Centurion. At that point I was told that the guy who helped me was no longer there and that he gave me wrong info. The actual lead time was 6 to 8 weeks from date of order. I was very upset, but decided to give them a chance. By the time week 8 came, I called the week before and the guy who answered the phone was very rude, telling me he doesn’t know what I ordered or when it would be arriving, even after I had provided an order number. Again I decided to visit them on a Saturday (now week 9 after placing my order) and a different guy told me the items were definitely on a truck from Cape Town and would arrive the following Wednesday. I again called middle of the following week so I could arrange collection, and was told the truck had arrived, but they did not know if my items were there and that they would call me. Saturday came and they had not called so I again decided to pay them a visit. At this point I was told a lie that the truck had not arrived, but had broken down (another employee had confirmed that stock arrived on Wednesday as informed). I was livid because of all the petrol costs making up and downs and really could not take the lies and false promises anymore, so I demanded a refund at that stage The company employees and management doesn’t care about people or customer service and I would warn consumers to stay AWAY from these people. They constantly overpromise and underdeliver

Dear Lifestyle & Co could I please get a call from someone who is willing to listen to me. I will not be intimidating for an order I am unhappy with. I am requesting a refund for the two items that you collected on Saturday 17.10.20 as you sold me a dream....What I ordered and what I received is such a disappointment. Even my base measurements were incorrect and I let that go. @vellzmolema you saw what I ordered and you saw the difference in what I received. @mohalemamarara @blesskhumo @zan.nkosi the company that deletes negative reviews and also doesn't deliver on their promise..... Will be taking this to Twitter with the pics of what I ordered and what was delivered, it's a joke.

On 22/8/2020 I placed an order that was supposed to take up 40 days INCLUDING WEEKENDS, as told by the salesman. Tomorrow is beginning of October and I'm being told the order is NOT ready for delivery. When I want to cancel it they want to charge me handling fees. Of which I find it odd, cos the agreed time has not been honoured. I advise consumers to abstain from such crooks and liers! NO MORE FUTURE BUYS FROM ME.

I ordered 2 headboards from this company in February before the lockdown. I was then called to be informed that they will deliver after the lockdown. Since the Lockdown had been lifted I was told they would deliver as soon as possible. It has been 5 weeks now. I have written emails, send Whatsapp and called the company numbers multiple times with no answer. Last week I called and spoke to a manager who said latest deliver would be Friday 17th, I waited the whole day no delivery. I then called again of which he said they would deliver on Saturday before 12. I waited the whole day no delivery. Now I call and they don’t answer and the other number hours straight to voicemail. They do not even reply emails. This has been the worst consumer experience I have ever had.
