I have repeatedly requested that Direct Axis remove me from their database because I don't want to receive calls or sms's about any of their products. Below are the ways I have made request but to no avail 1. I have responded to their sms's to opt out, but I still receive these sms's 2. I have called them several times spoke to 4 of their employees (i.e.: Abigail Vangusling; Vuyiswa Mangiwa; Bukiwe Ntina and someone named Ruth who refused to give me her surname saying it's company policy), but still I receive these calls and sms's What do I have to do for someone to remove my name and number from your database Direct Axis???
RCS keep calling with a cape town number starting with 021 753 and hang up when I answer. It's the most annoying thing to be receiving 6-8 calls each and every day from these people. I keep blocking the numbers, but they just use a different number. below are the examples of the numbers I have blocked so far, but they keep coming. I have given the review a 1 star because there is no way of giving it a lower rating I was signed up to an LTE product from MTN Supersonic and due to an inconsistent network availability, I called their call centre to cancel the service, but to my dismay, I was told the only way to cancel is to send an email to cancellations@supersonic.co.za . I did exactly that on 24-April-2021, but to date, this company is still trying to debit my account for the service, which I no longer use. When they saw that I keep cancelling the debit order, their accounts department sent me a mail requesting payment in July. I sent them the same mail I had sent in April and again there was no response or acknowledgement of the mail This is ridiculous really. Their call centre people are completely incompetent and my mails to cancel the service keep being ignored. If you want to avoid a headache, do yourself a favour and avoid this Supersonic scam
It’s actually a pity the least you can give a review is 1 star because this company deserves a negative rating. Placed an order with them mid September for 3 chairs and paid a 75% deposit because the company profile and the work they do looked so great in instagram. I was given a 3 weeks lead time by the person who helped me with the order. When week 3 arrived I called and the person who answered the phone kept hanging up on me. So decided to make a turn at their premises in Centurion. At that point I was told that the guy who helped me was no longer there and that he gave me wrong info. The actual lead time was 6 to 8 weeks from date of order. I was very upset, but decided to give them a chance. By the time week 8 came, I called the week before and the guy who answered the phone was very rude, telling me he doesn’t know what I ordered or when it would be arriving, even after I had provided an order number. Again I decided to visit them on a Saturday (now week 9 after placing my order) and a different guy told me the items were definitely on a truck from Cape Town and would arrive the following Wednesday. I again called middle of the following week so I could arrange collection, and was told the truck had arrived, but they did not know if my items were there and that they would call me. Saturday came and they had not called so I again decided to pay them a visit. At this point I was told a lie that the truck had not arrived, but had broken down (another employee had confirmed that stock arrived on Wednesday as informed). I was livid because of all the petrol costs making up and downs and really could not take the lies and false promises anymore, so I demanded a refund at that stage The company employees and management doesn’t care about people or customer service and I would warn consumers to stay AWAY from these people. They constantly overpromise and underdeliver
I had a home loan account with standard bank and the house was sold in July 2019. I have called the bank several times to request a letter stating that the account is now closed as per my conversations with several of the bank's employees (spoke to Ronwyn and Zanele most recently) and every time I'm told the account is indeed closed, but none of the consultants are able to send me the letter stating as such. I eventually got hold of someone who told me my account is closed, but someone named Tayyaba Deonarain would contact me. I reached out to Tayyaba to find out what the problem is and no one has gotten back to me. I even found the group email for the bank's internal complaint resolution centre and sent a mail to them before I came to HelloPeter in frustration. No one has gotten back to me. Their complaints resolution line (0860 101 101) just kept me on hold for almost 20 minutes on several occasions so that does not work either so all their channels are essentially useless to consumers This is kind of service from such a large organisation such as Standard Bank is completely unacceptable
I have a Discovery Insure policy in place on which I have a claim in progress being handled by Vulindlela Ntsele. I'm very unhappy with the way my claim is being handled. I already tried escalating the matter within the Discovery Insure channels and I got what looked like an automated response saying someone Senior would contact me within 24 hours. The period has passed and nothing concrete has been communicated to me My issue is as below: I had a hijacking incident in December 2019 and in addition to some damage to the vehicle, the vehicle keys were stolen by the hijacker(s). Discovery allocated the repairing of the vehicle to a company called Eljoney which I believe is either incompetent or not really interested in completing the repairs to my vehicle with the requisite urgency, despite me repeatedly emphasizing this point to them and to Discovery. They received the vehicle In December and to date (2020/02/20), no work has commenced on the vehicle and there is no outlook as to when they will start work. They keep coming up with stories. This is completely unacceptable to me because as it stands, I am in desperate need of a vehicle, and I have to make my own means because Discovery is not interested in extending vehicle hire on my policy while a service provider of Discovery are dragging their feet. To compound my frustration, I'm the one who is constantly calling to request feedback or the latest information from both Eljoney and Discovery. This is very disheartening and disappointing. I expect better service for the hard earned money I pay to Discovery. I have medical aid, home contents and multiple vehicles insured with discovery. I'm considering moving everything from discovery considering how they treat their clients
I have a homeloan account held by Standard bank. The account went into arrears because I was unemployed and was handed over to Strauss Daly for collection.<br> <br> Ever since I started working, I have tried making various payment arrangements on the account without any joy. I then decided to pay the account monthly with an amount over and above the bond amount. Strauss Daly have changed the contact person more than 3 times and every time I have to start the arrangement process over again - The person handling the account now is Silindile Mkhize, whom I have sent various emails to have the payment arrangement made but she doesn't get back to me
