Good day I placed an order with Checkers Sixty 60 on Friday 01 July 2022, order number 27037629. To say I am disappointed and extremely angry regarding the service received upon delivery would be an understatement. I reside in Johannesburg however was in Durban when I placed the order. The driver, Christian with number plate KN24LWGP is beyond rude, he does not understand customer service. He called me, advising he was outside my place of business, I then asked him to please drop off the package inside my place of business, he was not happy about this and kept on demanding me to come outside. I then explained to Christian that I was currently in Durban, upon him hearing this he went off at me, asking me in a very loud and undermining tone how can I do that, why would I place an order when I'm in another province. This did not, and still does not make sense to me, am I not allowed to buy another individual groceries, I was puzzled as online shopping is supposed to make our lives easier and more convenient. I eventually hung up the call as the driver kept on speaking over me, not giving me a chance to talk. I decided to send him a WhatsApp message asking him to drop off the package at my workplace. He called again and I answered, he then asked who should he leave the package with, and asked with a rude attitude must he just leave it on the floor? I then gave him a name, he still sent me a voice note which he deleted going off at me, referring to me as his sister(which I don't appreciate, I am a customer, refer to me by my name). After he dropped off the package I received a call from my workplace informing me about the delivery guy who had dropped off a package for me from Checkers. He got inside the branch (I work for a financial institution) made noise in front of other clients and my colleagues, harassed my colleague who received the parcel as he kept asking her why I had placed an order whilst in another province. I further gave feedback on your app regarding the appalling service I had received, no feedback has been given to date. Is this the manner in which some drivers operate, and I say some as I have used your services before and had no issues with my previous driver, is this the service that Christian consistently gives, should one rather go personally to the store. I'm so disappointed in Nissan I am without a car cause my brand new Nissan Magnite purchased in July 2021 had an oil leak.... My car is parked at a Nissan dealership and this very same Nissan dealership that says I'm not at fault for the damaged part however cannot assist me with a courtesy vehicle. How and why though, I have been waiting since Thursday 16.09.21
No social distancing, I'm currently seated at J8 about to watch the 16:45 Wonder Woman movie in Cinema 7 at Clearwater Mall, the two seats next to me J7 and J6 have been marked with red tape to ensure social distancing, I don't understand how one of your employees have made someone sit in seat number J7. Mind you, this group came in making a whole lot of noise, doesn't look like they paid for their tickets as they were unsure where to sit, was about a group of 7 teenagers. I'm really disappointed in protocol not being followed.

Dear Lifestyle & Co could I please get a call from someone who is willing to listen to me. I will not be intimidating for an order I am unhappy with. I am requesting a refund for the two items that you collected on Saturday 17.10.20 as you sold me a dream....What I ordered and what I received is such a disappointment. Even my base measurements were incorrect and I let that go. @vellzmolema you saw what I ordered and you saw the difference in what I received. @mohalemamarara @blesskhumo @zan.nkosi the company that deletes negative reviews and also doesn't deliver on their promise..... Will be taking this to Twitter with the pics of what I ordered and what was delivered, it's a joke.
Hi, need help with Rawsons agency, bought a property and when the key was handed over there were a few things I was unhappy with. There were tenants occupying the property before me. The kitchen sink was leaking, the burglar and sliding door downstairs could not open, one of the toilets are overflowing in the bedroom and my burglar guard in my bedroom cannot open. Rawsons then sent a contractor to attend to all my issues, a couple of days passed and when I asked for feedback from the contractor I was asked to liase with Rawsons. Rawsons then requested the agent to fix all these faults. He attempted to fix the leak by the kitchen sink on 01.09.2020, and left it at an even worse state (what's app videos were sent to Tobie and Madelein) it is still dripping to date (11.10.2020, what does this mean for my water bill). My gate still doesn't lock, even the locking system was stripped by the agent (how safe am I), he 'fixed' the sliding door in the lounge however it is a struggle to lock from the outside as an adult, it's worse for my 12 year old child, so we are forced to use the garage door. I have been communicating with Rawsons (Agent- Tobie, who then asked me to liase with Madelein, thereafter, Madelein referred me to Frederick and I managed to contact him and send my concerns to him on the 29.09.2020, I have since not gotten any feedback, even after I keep contacting Rawsons properties in Wilgeheuwel) since the 05.08.2020 (I received my keys on the 04.08.2020) and have been ignored for the most part.

Spoke to Thapelo and Khanya, they were of NO assistance what so ever, so disappointed in your service.
I decided to order nandos today after a hectic day at work for supper, I ordered the chicken strips and rice with veggies for myself and kids burger for my daughter, I'm so disappointed in my meal, it was so dry and the the carrots were over cooked, then I tasted my 6 year old daughters burger, the chicken in her burger was so tough, I had to chew for longer than normal, and it ended up being like gum to her. I had to organise her another meal as she could not finish her burger. This is the second disappointments in a space of less than a month from the Goldman Crossing Nandos in Florida.
I have been trying to get a hold of the airline for the entire day, I have constantly been placed on hold, my emails are not being answered and my whats apps to them are going unnoticed. I regret booking a flight with this airline, this is my first time and I am extremely disappointed about the lack of service.
