Game Boksburg - Customer First okwangempela
I was looking for a gas stove top, electric oven and extractor from Game and got a great deal plus great service from Brian. I was mistakenly charged a higher amount than what what was displayed but I was refunded quickly and with no fuss.

Exchange policy and recycling clothes
Purchased a pair of jeans and a top at Eastgate Mall and made use of the new recycling programme which meant I got 15% off for each item. Fitting rooms are closed therefore I was unable to try these items on. The top did not fit and I attempted to exchange for a different item at East Rand Mall and was told I am not able to use the discount voucher previously received. I felt this was not fair because I was not going to receive the bag of clothes I donated initially.

Terrible Customer Service
I have never experienced such terrible service, I booked my flight on the 08th of December and I did not receive a booking confirmation but money was deducted from my account. On the 09th of December, I tried calling the customer care helpline and there was no answer. I then decided to send an email, still no response. I then went on their Instagram page and saw that they were active, I then dmed them regarding my issue but they only respond to one message a day. I have never come across such terrible service and the days are nearing, the fact that I cannot get assistance for such a simple thing is frustrating!!!!!

Lockdown Battery Disaster
I had a flat battery after my car was parked for 3 months and King Price agents arranged for someone to boost my car in less than 5 minutes. George from First Help assisted me and even suggested a place to visit should I need a new battery. Thank you to King Price and First Help.
