Liftech Poor service delivery
Appointment, order and deposit for new Lift installation was confirmed in May 2017. Earlier this year Liftech management visited the site and a commitment was made to complete the works by end Aug 2018. Today is 12 Oct 2018 the installation is far from completed and we are getting no feedback or commitment from Liftech that it will be anytime soon.

Liftech Poor service delivery
Appointment, order and deposit for new Lift installation was confirmed in May 2017. Earlier this year Liftech management visited the site and a commitment was made to complete the works by end Aug 2018. Today is 12 Oct 2018 the installation is far from completed and we are getting no feedback or commitment from Liftech that it will be anytime soon.

NO REPAIRS FOR MONTHS
Liftech, the company claiming to specialize in lift repairs have done absolutely nothing in the last two months to repair the lift in our building. They came out at the end of November for a routine service and switched the lift off claiming there is an electrical fault on the lift. They came here two times after that service in the first week of December but failed to find the problem. Since then there has been absolutely nothing from them. When I phone to find out what is happening I am told they are looking for drawings for the lift. It has now been more than two months and they are still looking for drawings for the lift. No attempt has been made to try and sort out the problem without the drawings. They did a \service\" on the lift this morning... ha not a service, they left a service note stating: \"The lift is switched off\". This is the worst company I have ever come across. Normally when there is a fault we have to wait two weeks for them to fix it, but this time it's the worst! Don't sign any contract with them... Bad/NO SLA from them. "
