Samsung sent these guys out to do my fridge repairs. The charged me R650 to quote me for repairs and promised that on acceptance of the quote that labor would be for free and I only have to pay for the parts. They came back about 4 or 5 days after the quote to replace my fridge motor. The technician worked for about an hour and then said he is going home and will be in tomorrow to complete the job. He took all parts with him. He did not arrive the next day. I phoned liptronics and their couldn't care less attitude shocked me. The following day he also didn't show up. I e-mailed the owner this time but have had no response and now the 3rd day has gone by where no tech has showed up to fix my fridge. I am appalled with their customer service. I am definately contacting Samsung tomorrow to lay a complaint and will go into the branch to try and get this sorted out! Very bad company!
Absa bank has a FREE death benefit that comes with it's cheque account packages. On the old platinum account package it is R 20 000. My partner passed away in October. I submitted a claim to Absa Life on the 16th of October. I never heard anything from Absa life. I phoned them in November to hear that the claim was rejected because there was no credit life. We informed them that it is not a credit life claim but a death benefit claim on the cheque account and resubmitted the claim. I haven't heard anything from them again. Today I phone and they tell me the claim was declined because there was no credit life! OMG. Can you get it through your head Absa that this is not a credit life claim. It is a free benefit that YOU promote to sell your cheque account as a package. I am just about ready to take this to the ombudsman! Sort out this **** now!
<p>I've been phoning 111 every month because I am not receiving my monthly invoice. Every month I have to phone them to mail it to me. Now all of a sudden I cannot view itemized bill online nor my statement. It says I am a non MAH customer. Call centre is absolutely no help. If this doesn't get sorted out soon I am porting my number to a new SP.</p>
<p>So I go to Build It in Bothasig this morning wanting to buy 4 pieces of wood (0.5cm in with) but the length of 3m wont fit into my car and I ask them if they can just cut them in half for me. The sales guy says yes, just go to the yard in the back and ask them to do it. So I go out there. There is 5 guys standing around doing nothing. I ask them to cut the pieces in half (woundn't take them 1 min cause its very thin planks). No they say, we don't cut stuff here. I said but I was just sent out here to have these cut. So the yard manager says, Go find the guy who told you to come out here and then he can cut it for you. ***? What kind of customer service is that? I told the yard manager to take his wood and shove it. So after leaving the store I phone to speak to the store manager. Just as bad. He couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I was still speaking and he interrupted me with thanks for bringing this under my attention I will speak to them. Bye now. Didn't ask my contact details or anything to get back to me. He just wasn't interested in listening to at all. I regularly buy from hardware stores as I have a business and constantly need to fix or make things, but will never support Build It in Bothasig again!</p>
<p>Have to compliment Santam managed by Brolink. I submitted my claim for my stolen phone yesterday morning and by yesterday afternoon I received a call to say my new phone is ready to be picked up at my chosen location. Thanks for speedy resolution guys.</p>
<p>I was booked into kenilworth clinic for 7 days. I was suppose to stay for 21 days. I contacted them ahead of the time and told them my medical aid limit is R 31 000.00 and if that would cover the 21 days stay. I was assured that they would charge according to medical aid rates and not to worry. After day 7 I asked for a transfer because I was not happy with the treatment. They refused to transfer me to another clinic and instead discharged me. When the claims came through from the medical aid they had claimed R 31 517.00 for the 7 days I was there. One doctor in particular, Dr Comri claimed for eight 1 hour sessions and I only saw her 3 times I was there and the last time was only 5 minutes. She claimed a total of R 12 000.00 from my medical aid. I reported it to the medical aid but they said it's to difficult to prove that she didn't see me all those times. I would strongly suggest anybody who are thinking of going there to rather choose a different clinic. They are in it just for the money and don't give a **** about their patients.</p>
Liftech, the company claiming to specialize in lift repairs have done absolutely nothing in the last two months to repair the lift in our building. They came out at the end of November for a routine service and switched the lift off claiming there is an electrical fault on the lift. They came here two times after that service in the first week of December but failed to find the problem. Since then there has been absolutely nothing from them. When I phone to find out what is happening I am told they are looking for drawings for the lift. It has now been more than two months and they are still looking for drawings for the lift. No attempt has been made to try and sort out the problem without the drawings. They did a \service\" on the lift this morning... ha not a service, they left a service note stating: \"The lift is switched off\". This is the worst company I have ever come across. Normally when there is a fault we have to wait two weeks for them to fix it, but this time it's the worst! Don't sign any contract with them... Bad/NO SLA from them. "
I applied for a MPOS machine through zipzap on the 21 st of April. They promised a max of 7 days for approval. To date I have not heard from them. When I phone in it's one story after the other. Come on guys, get your shit together.<br> <br>
