Absolutely ********** service. Please let everyone be warned that if you give notice to terminate your service they will charge a R1000 cancellation fee. They will then take this fee without you authorising it.

Additionally, after the consultant explained that it is a month to month service that can be cancelled at any time they will also tell you that you need to give one calendar month notice.

There are many other service providers that will give far better service. I suggest you stear well clear of this greedy ********* company. They also don't seem to be registered with the ombudsman.
