Absolutely ********** company - I couldn't recommend them less. Terrible POS system and terrible service
Absolutely ********** service. Please let everyone be warned that if you give notice to terminate your service they will charge a R1000 cancellation fee. They will then take this fee without you authorising it. Additionally, after the consultant explained that it is a month to month service that can be cancelled at any time they will also tell you that you need to give one calendar month notice. There are many other service providers that will give far better service. I suggest you stear well clear of this greedy ********* company. They also don't seem to be registered with the ombudsman.

I have an @Home account which up until recently used frequently. The account card issued to me then stopped working for whatever reason so instead of sitting and waiting in store for an hour and speaking to various people over the phone in order for a new card to be issued i stopped using the account - this has been the 3rd time my card stopped working and to be honest i am rather sick of it In order to entice me back TGF issued me with a voucher (no: C66FA311B477814) so i thought to go to Totalsports in the Whale Coast Mall, Herm****. After various attempts at using the voucher i was told by the store clerk that the only way to make use of the voucher was to go to @Home and get a new account card. so i did this and went through the time wasting procedure described above I then went to a different TotalSports to make a purchase (as i don't live in herm****) in the hope that i could use the voucher, but according to them the voucher is no longer valid. I then phoned the customer call center and was told that i would need to go back to the original store that "helped" me. This is not possible as i do not live near the Whale Coast mall in Herm****. He then told me i could go back to my local totalsports store and they could phone the Totalsports in the Whale coast mall and they could resolve this over the phone whilst i stood there for another 30 minutes like an idiot I am afraid this is not acceptable in any way. the "customer service" representative was not able to do any thing from his side, issue a new voucher, call on my behalf etc. So what is the point of a customer service center when i am the one having to make all the effort in every instance I am afraid this is shocking service and i would appreciate something to be done
