Excellent service!

I bought several Hairdorable dolls from Lilliputs in Rosebank. Unfortunately, I then found that the dolls leg's had a tendency to break off. I contacted the store and was referred to Patrick.

Patrick refunded me for two of the dolls and also gave me another doll. The entire transaction was friendly pleasant and stress-free.

What especially impressed me was that Lilliputs dealt in a fair and ethical manner even though they were no longer legally obliged to compensate me.
