This site is a ****. The only reason they reply to Hellopeter complaints is to buy time to prevent a reversal of funds by your bank.
It's almost impossible to describe the utter incompetence of Jawitz Randburg. They have listed me with a credit agency for months while I was actually OVERPAYING them. They have listed me for months for which I PAID. For months when I paid late or partially, they also listed me. Fair enough except they are obliged to advise me first and I have never received any notice from them in this regard. This may be because they have not changed my email address to the correct one despite me telling them TWICE. Apart from Thandi, the whole office seems to have no idea what's going on - they lie, miscommunicate, ignore messages and throw each other under the bus. The problem in this case is that their incompetence, indifference and/or idiocy has damaged my credit record. Estate agents and the Estate Agents Board have really worked hard at becoming a respectable and clean profession. Jawitz Randburg drags the whole industry down again.
Barbara Jokomo of Jawitz Randburg assured me CoJ utility charges were not included in the lease. I asked her about three times. I read the lease and that is what it looked like. Then Jawitz charged me CoJ utility charges anyway when I complained I was ignored by Barbara and Ynnis only after I went to head office were water and electricity CoJ charges reversed. Jawitz still charges me these costs for sewerage and refuse. This agency is ********* and dishonest. Their lease is misleading and ambiguous and the agents behave dishonestly.
This is the most appalling property management company. I receive no feedback unless I nag and when I do it is rude, aggressive and incomplete. Additionally, the company charges me for the exit inspection of the previous tenant by calling it my entrance inspection. The company also deducts 50% of the interest earned on my deposit without any permission to do so. This company is just a con-job
Mr Genis constantly invaded out privacy. He entered into the house as he pleased and also failed to comply with any COVID measures. Mr Genis also invited his family onto the property and these people also entered the house. His grandson actually refusing to leave. Mr Genis was aggressive, swore and lost his temper constantly. He also claimed costs which were not in the lease and colluded with the estate agent (Sandy van Heerden (Property.co.za) to invent costs when we moved out. This included issuing a fraudulent invoice. Previous tenants also complained of violent and aggressive behaviour as well as ***ual harassment. Stay away
Sandy van Heerden is the most dishonest estate agent I have ever dealt with. She lied consistently to the owner and to us, the tenants, She failed to mention a significant conflict of interest existing between her agency and the owner. Sandy colluded with the owner in 1. adding extra costs to the lease 2. inventing costs when we moved out. Sandy also colluded with the owner in the issuing of a false invoice. Stay away.
I dealt with Sandy van Heerden at Property.co.za (Heritage properties.) Sandy consistently lied to us and the owner. She also colluded with the owner in inventing extra costs for our account; both during our tenancy and when we moved out. I have never come across a more dishonest estate agent than Sandy. Stay away.
This is the most incompetent, useless, indifferent company I have ever dealt with. the agents refuse to help, the accounts department refuse to help. The agent's ignore queries and refuse to provide manager details. I receive letters of demand even when my account is paid up. I am handed over even when my account is paid up. My account keeps getting listed with the credit bureau even when I am paid up. At one stage, the only place I could get assistance was on Twitter! DO NOT EVER USE MIXTELEMATICS. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND INDIFFERENT AND COULDN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
I bought several Hairdorable dolls from Lilliputs in Rosebank. Unfortunately, I then found that the dolls leg's had a tendency to break off. I contacted the store and was referred to Patrick. Patrick refunded me for two of the dolls and also gave me another doll. The entire transaction was friendly pleasant and stress-free. What especially impressed me was that Lilliputs dealt in a fair and ethical manner even though they were no longer legally obliged to compensate me. Excellent service and help!
I bought several Hairdorable dolls from Lilliputs Rosebank. I found that the doll's legs had a tendency to break off even with gentle handling. I contacted the store and ended up speaking to Patrick about the problem. Patrick took the dolls back, compensated me and also gave me another doll. The entire transaction was friendly professional. I was so impressed because Lilliputs was not under any legal obligation to honour a claim and still chose to do so and generously compensate us. Excellent and ethical service - thank you Lilliputs!
