I have recently started renting a unit form Limestone, everything seemed fine until we moved in, first there was no agent to do a snag list with us when we moved in and the unit was dirty, I did the snag list and sent to them and only 3 items from the list were fixed but still they were not property fixed and to date no further assistance, now the invoices come and the they are billed 2 months in arrears, only problem is there are no readings on the invoice or dates to support the bill. How do I know that I am paying the correct amount? I try to get answers and breakdowns as the bill doubled from the last invoice and to date no answer just a lot of excuses and no answers yet tehre is a contrcat in place, why do i have to honor a cntrcat when they cannot do their part.
I am utterly disappointed, no professionalism, no answers of queries. Nothing.
