Regret Buying From This Developer
Greatly disappointed with our new unit. The unit was advertised with built-in gas braai. Once built developer just ghosted us and is not responding to any requests to confirm why the braai is missing. Tiles in bathrooms are not full tiles. They patch together tiles to make up one. This is on a 4.5 million ZAR property. The list really goes on forever. Snags outstanding 3 months later.

Limestone property development is the ****tiest development to buy from in South Africa
Yoh this development is a fraudulent, rubbish development! whatever you think you’re buying will be the opposite. They used cheap materials, changed the design without consent, have a lot of fine print in their contract, you will pay for so many things/costs that you’ve never phantom to pay for especially when buying directly from a development company. Everything was falling apart the first week we moved in, the cupboards fell on me broke my bottle of wine which never got replaced but since promised. We had a list each of about 200snags that we had to (some) pay from our own pocket to fix. Don’t ever ever in your life no matter how beautiful it looks buy from them.

NEVER EVER STAY AT A LIMESTONE PROPERTY IN YOUR LIFE!!! I have been without electricity in my unit for the past week with no explanation for the cause of the delay. Do not move into any of this agents properties. I am pursuing legal proceedings against them and will never reingage with this firm again.

NEVER EVER STAY AT A LIMESTONE PROPERTY IN YOUR LIFE!!! I have been without electricity in my unit for the past week with no explanation for the cause of the delay. Disgraceful Behaviour
This group developed the site adjacent to my residence. They required access to my property, and two years later have still not made good on all the damage that they caused. They are denying their responsibility, and I have been forced to take expensive legal action against them.

Selling my property without my mandate...
Limestone listed my property as for sale, without any mandate to do so. I have requested them to remove the listing, more than a month ago, but that hasn't happened.

Rotten Brothel!!!
Limestone is the worst real estate agency ever they never come fix that breaking house of theirs showers break,garage doors break,trapping your car inside or outside,Nigerians are allowed to rent and they bring in all sorts of **********s there and they allowed to have dogs that bark dusk till dawn dawn till dus****I hate them they take rent money before month end they never reply to any emails when you have questions and queries about their cheap brothel that they call houses that Norah lady has a stinky attitude and that loline as well,they hire security guards from Zimbabwe who have no working permits nor citizenship to guard the gate which isn't safe coz they didn't go for the security training of grade E to A that is offered by security companies limestone is a scam don't move into those properties im telling you guys will regret it so much!!!!! People move in and out like flies Ive never seen such a thing in my life!!!!

NO answer on any queries, bad service
I have recently started renting a unit form Limestone, everything seemed fine until we moved in, first there was no agent to do a snag list with us when we moved in and the unit was dirty, I did the snag list and sent to them and only 3 items from the list were fixed but still they were not property fixed and to date no further assistance, now the invoices come and the they are billed 2 months in arrears, only problem is there are no readings on the invoice or dates to support the bill. How do I know that I am paying the correct amount? I try to get answers and breakdowns as the bill doubled from the last invoice and to date no answer just a lot of excuses and no answers yet tehre is a contrcat in place, why do i have to honor a cntrcat when they cannot do their part. I am utterly disappointed, no professionalism, no answers of queries. Nothing.

<p>I entered into an agreement with one of Limestone's agents with who stuff was discussed, and this was only highlighted as a problem when I asked to collect the keys, a debacle that could have been avoided had there been proper communication from the respective agent. Now they passing the buck, telling me I am at fault, yet this was discussed and was also put into email form as well, and there was not a problem - until I wanted to collect the keys for the unit. I would not recommend anyone uses Limestone Properties, rather pay a little more, and get better service else where. Poor service in todays world means that a business can loose everything with the power of social media, and t can take syears to recover, instead of just resolving the matter at hand.</p>
