Flight was delayed by supposedly 35minutes. I can live with that. But they called the gate long before the plane was even ready. Then had us all stand outside alongside the plane in zero degree weather for an interminable time
First flight in December: 2 hours late. Second flight, 6 and a half hours late!! And they "apologise" by offering me a discount on my next flight with them - like I ever want to fly with them again????

I have been trying for 4 months to change my account (3 numbers) into my company name. I have hand-delivered documents, filled in forms, and followed up over and over. Not only have they STILL not got it right, they have now messed up my contact details in the process, so that I don't receive bills. Now that I am (of course) in arrears, they don't bother to ask why, they just stop the service!!! This is the worst service I have ever had. MTN got this right in the first month.

<p>I have a serious problem with my Ford Everest, in that it leaks into the interior when it rains. This has caused multiple ongoing electronics problems, and no doubt many more will manifest into the future. Ford has been unable to rectify the problem. They have also failed to provide an answer to any of the alternative solutions that I have offered them. I am looking for help in seeking a fair outcome to this issue, as well as informing other members of the public who may be experiencing a similar problem. I have all supporting documentation, photographs and correspondence at hand.</p>
I had received an email confirming details of a claim, and corrected a minor issue.<br> The agent immediately called me, apologised for the error, and then went on to log another claim for me on my behalf.<br> All done in a friendly, efficient manner.
The deadlines were way exceeded, and shoddy and downright dangerously poor quality work was performed in some places.<br> The builder denied all responsibility for it, and I incurred massive costs in having to fix the work.
