I had a great consultant by the name of Thulani, he is such a patient, smooth sounding/calm individual that makes life easy.
Very very bad! Don’t ever sell your phone through them, I sent them my iPhone 8 Plus brand new, from sandton, i than contacted them to ask what’s going on only to be told my phone was ****** by the courier company apparently, so now they will be running an investigation, they never gave me any updates again, I had to send them emails I gave them my phone details they assured me they’d pay for the phone because they will claim it from their insurance, than after a month of this lie story I enquire again they tell me the system can’t pick up my IMEI NO Of the phone because their system can’t go back after 4years ago, this is clearly daylight ******* do not trust them for one bit ! This was a test run to see if they are legit I guess I got proven right that they aren’t.
Yoh this development is a fraudulent, rubbish development! whatever you think you’re buying will be the opposite. They used cheap materials, changed the design without consent, have a lot of fine print in their contract, you will pay for so many things/costs that you’ve never phantom to pay for especially when buying directly from a development company. Everything was falling apart the first week we moved in, the cupboards fell on me broke my bottle of wine which never got replaced but since promised. We had a list each of about 200snags that we had to (some) pay from our own pocket to fix. Don’t ever ever in your life no matter how beautiful it looks buy from them.
A guy who claimed to want to buy my IPHONE for his wife sent me a message on olx asking for my banking details to do EFT for half the payment thn cash on delivery, he thn went to wonga.com and got a R4000 loan against my name which I was not aware of and didn’t apply for such. When the money came into my account, I sent it to him because he said he longer wants my phone. Only to realise with my bank that the R4000 came from wonga and now I have to pay an instalment every month of R1770. I contacted wonga immediately firstly bad service of customer care, 2ndly they never ever responded to any of my emails. 2weeks later which is today my account was debited from wonga, after having a case number from Nedbank and SAPS, wonga had still not gotten back to me. I have explained to them how this is ruining my credit score and therefore my life is stuck because of this problem I also asked them for a conclusion so this matter can be resolved. I have been spending airtime calling to customer care reaching different people and having to explain my issue from the beginning without any reference. Besides that I’ve given them all they asked me and their fraud department has said nothing. With all the proof and no answer but just debiting my account or at least consulting me for us to meet common ground instead of taking my money fraudulently and ruining my whole life.
