Absolutely no service. What are we paying for? Communication supposedly goes to a "junk folder" so to have an excuse not to respond to any emails. Urgent emails, after having reached out to someone over the phone (not the person dealing with our complex, he is totally absent). The stand in person only reads the URGENT email days later, and still doesn't respond. Very unhappy with the "service".
Call Center / Receptionist totally unable or unwilling to assist with a very simple inquiry. I was told a sales person needs to come out to my residence. A waste of time. I want a simple answer to a simple question. Not schedule a meeting.
Still getting unwanted communication, even though they promised my details were removed from all their databases. I don’t understand that they don’t have an “opt out” function, or an “unsubscribe” function. Do they even know how their own databases are run???
Limestone listed my property as for sale, without any mandate to do so. I have requested them to remove the listing, more than a month ago, but that hasn't happened.
I am constantly harassed by unwanted information/adverti*****ts/communication from FLEXI CLUB. I have requested NUMEROUS times for them to remove my details from all communication databases, but they are unable to to it. I DO NOT WANT YOUR COMMUNICATION, STOP SENDING IT TO ME!!!!
