After days of waiting for the order information to be updated on the Temu app, subsequent to having paid the customs amount when requested, I'm now receiveing emails from customer services requesting that I pay the customs amount again. When I explained this was already paid a week ago they simply sent their banking details and the contact email for their accounts department.
If they continue to withold my package, which has already been cleared by customs, I'll be approaching the police to lay a case of theft as all items have already been paid and cleared to Linex are at best utterly *********** or at worst are intentionally commiting *****/******ion.
