I have had the most shocking experience with your organisation. I have been following up on a refund since January, and to date it has still not been resolved. Each time I call, I am given a different excuse and repeatedly promised that the refund will be processed either on Friday or Wednesday — yet nothing happens unless I follow up again. I have spoken to Candice and Pearl so many times that they now recognise me by name and number when I contact your organisation. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for an organisation of your size and reputation.

I have had the most shocking experience with your organisation. I have been following up on a refund since January, and to date it has still not been resolved. Each time I call, I am given a different excuse and repeatedly promised that the refund will be processed either on Friday or Wednesday — yet nothing happens unless I follow up again. I am really tired of trying to get LINEX AIR SERVICES to respond to my communications. Every other day they send a WhatsApp message to me asking me to pay Customs Duty. I was not aware of this additional payment, therefore have asked them to return the order to TEMU!! I have sent them a message this morning via e mail and will see if they read it and respond. How do businesses continue to survive if they can't respond or communicate with clients?????

This is the worst level of customer service I have ever encountered. After payment was made for customs clearance, my shipment from the UK was handed over to DPD Laser. From that point onward, my parcel was lost and all accountability and communication completely collapsed. I have repeatedly requested escalation to a manager. Emails sent regarding this matter include eight recipients, yet not a single person has had the courtesy or professionalism to respond to a paying customer. Whether the failure lies with Linex directly or with the courier they appointed, the lack of ownership, communication, and urgency is unacceptable. This is not the standard of service one expects from a business operating at this scale. I've never felt the need to take time out of my day to leave a company a bad rating before, but I've never experienced such bad service. I've left both of these disappointing businesses a 1 star rating in the hope that this saves someone else the anguish.

Linex is defintely a ****. Why are the phone's not being answered why you are trying to locate your package. On Temu, the tracking says that the package is with Asendia but when you call them Linex still has my package. I paid for my order on Temu on 6 November and the package was scheduled to arrive between 14-21 November. I paid for customs on 10 November. Today is the 21 Novemember and I cannot get ahold of Linex nor do I know where my order is. I have called in over 20 times already.

After days of waiting for the order information to be updated on the Temu app, subsequent to having paid the customs amount when requested, I'm now receiveing emails from customer services requesting that I pay the customs amount again. When I explained this was already paid a week ago they simply sent their banking details and the contact email for their accounts department. If they continue to withold my package, which has already been cleared by customs, I'll be approaching the police to lay a case of theft as all items have already been paid and cleared to Linex are at best utterly *********** or at worst are intentionally commiting *****/******ion.

Their computer payment systems for cards were down so I paid by EFT. I am still waiting for verification of my payment of duties. I am still getting notifications of non payment. When will they answer my numerous emails and messages. When will they put my account right with Temu.

I have been trying to contact Linex for over 3 weeks with regard to receiving an invoice I have made payment for. No answer to customer service emails or answer to my calls. So thus, NO customer service. I am running a business here and need transparency for services paid for. Are they running a business here? I would love someone to contact me.

My experience is very bad because on the 29th of May i made an order of things from Temu and i paid,then on the 3rd of June i received a message from Linex Air Services to pay customs of R463.35 then i chose payflex method of paying in four installments, so i paid on the 3rd of June and i made two payments that my next installment was on the 17th of June when they tried to make deduction money it was not successful and later that day around 2pm i made a payment and around 7pm i made another payment so all in all i paid on time and i made 4 installment.
