Linex is defintely a ****. Why are the phone's not being answered why you are trying to locate your package. On Temu, the tracking says that the package is with Asendia but when you call them Linex still has my package. I paid for my order on Temu on 6 November and the package was scheduled to arrive between 14-21 November. I paid for customs on 10 November. Today is the 21 Novemember and I cannot get ahold of Linex nor do I know where my order is. I have called in over 20 times already.
Selling my car through MFC and Avo Assisted Sales has been such a nightmare. I sent thorugh all documents are required and it been more than 8 days with any feedback or someone at least to contact me. Whenever I call MFC, the consultants tell me that the department that assists with the car sales is a different department and they do not take calls....like what the hell is this nonsense. I even went as far as getting offers to purchase myself and still no response. I am so frustrated and have resorted to come onto this platform to get someone to please contact me urgently.
It seems like this is the only method used that Wordford understands and to address urgent customer queries. So here we go again. I have called in a few times since I dropped off the car on 22 December 2024. I was contacted by an agent at the Bryanston Branch to let me know that the vehicle has no damaged and that the contract has been closed. He further gave me the amount payable for the extra Km done on the car. I asked him how the additional Km were calculated because I received a different amount when doing my calculations and he said that the system calculated the amount and also admitted that the amount charged was incorrect as he also done a manual calculation while on the phone with me. He then proceeded to say that he will investigate and get back to me. Till this day which is almost 3 weeks later no phone call. I have since called in numerous times and wrote emails regarding my query however no one is responding. Is this a **** because how can I be charged R5 000 extra by the "system" and no agent that I have spoken to can give me a reason. Wordford has also been trying to debit this *****ulent amount from my account for the past 3 weeks and yet no one is getting back to me with a response and this is seriously affecting my credit score. I do not have an issue paying however I will only pay based on the correct amount.
The call canter agents are useless and of no assistance. I had to wait 15mins to speak to someone then they hung up the phone on me. I changed my address on Friday and was promised that my order will be delivered to the new address on Monday. On Monday I receive a call from the driver and he was at the wrong address... like what nonsense is this??? I called 3 times to just be able to speak to an agent and change my address and still it was not changed on the system. Do better and treat your customers with respect.
Capitec Business is the WORST. DO NOT USE IT FOR YOUR BUSIINESS. THE APP IS NON EFFICIENT AND YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL OR CHAT TO GET ASSISTENANCE EVEN WHEN YOU GO TO THE BANK THEY CAN'T ASSIST. IF YOU WANT YOU BUSINESS TO OPERATE EFFECTIVELY DO NOT USE CAPITEC BUSINESS. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT SOON. THE WORST
I place my windscreen claim with PMD and received a sms to upload the pictures of my windscreen on WhatsApp but my morning was hectic that I did not have the time to send the pictures. I received a call from the consultant to say that my claim has been approved without even loading the pictures so GREAT. I am a very happy customer 😀
The worst of the worst. I wish there were different shipping companies for Shein other than Buffalo Logistics. They have made numerous mistakes with my order even though my address and everything is correct in terms of my information. They have failed to deliver my package for more than 3 weeks now with no communication. I must wait more than 30 mins on the call to speak to a consultant. This is honestly disappointing
