I have had the most shocking experience with your organisation. I have been following up on a refund since January, and to date it has still not been resolved. Each time I call, I am given a different excuse and repeatedly promised that the refund will be processed either on Friday or Wednesday — yet nothing happens unless I follow up again. I have spoken to Candice and Pearl so many times that they now recognise me by name and number when I contact your organisation. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for an organisation of your size and reputation.

They were very effective in communication and accommodating when I was unavailable on Saturday, re-delivering on Monday and keeping me informed throughout the process. For the passed two weeks i have been experiencing slow connection , intermittence and a complete no connection at some point. before contact the call center i went through almost all the trouble shooting steps which restore the service for limited time and the Sh****t start again. What is funny is that their consultant are in a rush to finish the call by saying they cannot see any slowness or disruption of service in the audit trail. i think RAIN forget that we are paying the service. i want this sorted asap thanks
I never expected this kind of experience from Takealot, especially since I’ve always had smooth transactions with them before. I ordered a Philips 3000 series Problend system Blender on October 27th and only received it on November 5th. Unfortunately, the blender didn’t work upon arrival. I immediately logged a call for a pick-up and replacement. The next day, November 6th, I decided I wanted an exchange instead of a replacement and called to make this change. I was told someone would contact me once the collection was scanned at the warehouse. On November 7th, I called again to cancel the order and credit my account so I could purchase something else. I was informed that a call would be logged for this request. To my surprise, later that day, I saw that the same brand had been reordered, and I still haven’t received any feedback. This service has been quite disappointing, to say the least.
