All their voice mailboxes are full and so are their inboxes so basically no way of getting in touch with anyone. Shocking shocking customer service. Just trying to get someone to take my call.
I have been emailing for over 2 weeks to try and track a package and receive an invoice for an amount I have paid for. Nothing. Their line does not even ring and no answer to customer service mails. Absolutely all round shocking communication and service.
I have been trying to contact Linex for over 3 weeks with regard to receiving an invoice I have made payment for. No answer to customer service emails or answer to my calls. So thus, NO customer service. I am running a business here and need transparency for services paid for. Are they running a business here? I would love someone to contact me.
