Review of Linex via Temu

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Linex for a delivery from Temu, and I must say, it was incredibly frustrating. The customs and duty process was an absolute nightmare, riddled with inefficiencies and delays. It felt like they had no clear system in place, leaving me constantly chasing updates and answers.

What made matters worse was their lack of willingness to assist in sorting out problems. The customer service team was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving the issues I faced. Communication was poor, and I felt completely unsupported throughout the process.

If you’re considering using Linex, especially via Temu, I would strongly advise against it unless you’re prepared for a lot of hassle and frustration.

so my advise will be to use temu if this is their go to people.
