Absolutely disgraceful experience. We paid over R3980 for tickets and didn’t even get to see the artist perform. The weather conditions were unsafe, and we were attending with a baby, yet no consideration was shown whatsoever. We were told there would only be light drizzle and that umbrellas were not allowed both of which turned out to be untrue. It poured with rain, people around us had umbrellas, and we were completely soaked and then we hade to go home because how do you sit in the rain not aloud a umbrella with a baby When we raised the issue, we were met with a cold, copy-and-paste response hiding behind a “no refunds” policy. No empathy, no accountability, and no concern for safety. Refusing any form of refund under these circumstances is unfair and feels like outright money grabbing. This organisation clearly values profit over people. We will never book through them again and strongly advise others to think twice before supporting a company that treats its customers this poorly.
Review of Linex via Temu I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Linex for a delivery from Temu, and I must say, it was incredibly frustrating. The customs and duty process was an absolute nightmare, riddled with inefficiencies and delays. It felt like they had no clear system in place, leaving me constantly chasing updates and answers. What made matters worse was their lack of willingness to assist in sorting out problems. The customer service team was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving the issues I faced. Communication was poor, and I felt completely unsupported throughout the process. If you’re considering using Linex, especially via Temu, I would strongly advise against it unless you’re prepared for a lot of hassle and frustration. so my advise will be to use temu if this is their go to people.

This is now the 1000th time I am notifying you about my ongoing issues and requesting a resolution. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I am still experiencing significant problems with my account. Specifically, I have repeatedly requested to change my SIM to a prepaid plan. However, this request has not been processed, causing frustration and inconvenience on my end. Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed by the way Cell C has handled my account balance. Despite having sufficient funds in my account, my debt continues to bounce, leading to unnecessary charges and financial strain. This recurring issue is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reliability of your services. I have already contacted Cell C on multiple occasions regarding these issues, but unfortunately, there has been no satisfactory resolution. This email marks the fourth time I am formally notifying you of these problems. Additionally, I must express that I will not hesitate to share my negative experiences with Cell C and advise others against using your services. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and provide me with a timely response. Furthermore, I will be sending proof of the funds in my account, and I expect reimbur*****t for any unjust charges incurred as a result of this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Ek sal nie hulle vertrou nie ek het n kar gekoop en wat hulle kontrak se en bank se is nie die selfde nie . Hulle wou nie my deal trug trek nie die management het seker gemaak hulle is nie daar om my te help nie . Hulle het false inligting deur gegee aan bank(MFC) en aan my nou sit ek met n kar (Volkswagen up 2017 ) betaal hom al 3 jaar en skuld nogsteeds R2969 en het kar vir R174300 gekos en ek se weer ek betaal die kar al vir 3 Jaar . Ek wil net seker maak dat as jy vir die eeste keet n kar koop wees bitter versigtig want darie mense het 'n saak met jou so lank hulle n deal kry en hulle geld maak die mens nie saak nie
