No return on investment

I'm on a third water cooler now. And the reason I've been trying it out time and time again is because I bought a year's supply of cartridges. Most times the water doesn't come out and the machine leaks. I'm so disappointed with this product. I've emailed the supplier and nobody bothered to write back.
