I'm blown away. I called this morning and I was told there was a que. However, there was an option to be called back when it was my turn. I selected that open and they actually called back. Talk about epic customer care.

I would like to thank Bonga Khanyile for his excellent service. He answered my call when I called eThekwini Electricity-Pinetown Branch, attended to my query (making follow-ups) until it was resolved. We need more people like him as he has a heart for customers.
I bought an office desk online. Then when I opened it it was broken and had a scratch on top of it. I then notified Makro, it's been over 2 weeks now and my query hasn't been resolved.
I went to Wimpy for breakfast yesterday and ordered breakfast. Plus the burger and milkshake special. The fries in both meals were cold. As well as the burger patty. The burn wasn't toasted too. The sausage tasted awful and the waitress didn't even check up on us. Moreover, I went to the bathroom and noticed that the ceramic part of the toilet was very dirty, there is something seriously wrong with that Wimpy in Pinetown (St Johns Avenue).
Disappointing service from Pinetown. I took my microwave back to the store 21 days ago. Then I was called to pick it up today. Only to find that it is still not working. I asked for a refund and my request was declined. This is unfair because I paid cash for that microwave and I could have gone to another store. Yet, the very same store I chose doesn't care about my well being.
