Late and unprofessional

I purchased two pairs of earrings from the Little Miss online store. Received no response. Called multiple times and when I finally got through; I was asked on what date did I expect my order when the order was already 13 days late. Received the order a total of 17 days later to find that they sent me the incorrectly sized item. I ordered two 8mm earrings and they sent one 10mm pair.

I'm shocked at this disservice to customers. No client care. No professionalism. They do not live by their 2-3 days delivery guarantee. Most unhelpful ridiculous online site I've had the displeasure of shopping at.
