They ****** me of R90 and refused to accept responsibility
They sold me a R90 voucher for Nu Metro that didn't work I bought 3 and 2 of them worked After 2 weeks they told me to contact Nu Metro because they said it was redeemed. I have proof for each time I entered the code that it wasn't redeemed They ****** me of R90. I am going to SAPS to make an affidavit at this point. So disappointed with Vodacom/Vodapay and Vodaclub

Missing underwear from a 3 pack
I ordered a 3 pack of Cotton On underwear and only received one underwear. The package was also torn. The other 3 single underwears packages were also torn.

6 months and no excess recovery
Miway has not updated me on recovering excess from another party for claim from 6 months ago! 6 months is a long time in which to follow up amd update me on the process. This is not acceptable.

Late and unprofessional
I purchased two pairs of earrings from their Little Miss online store. Received no response. Called multiple times and when I finally got through; I was asked on what date did I expect my order when the order was already 13 days late. Received the order a total of 17 days later to find that they sent me the incorrectly sized item. I ordered two 8mm earrings and they sent one 10mm pair. I'm shocked at this disservice to customers. No client care. No professionalism. They do not live by their 2-3 days delivery guarantee. Most unhelpful ridiculous online site I've had the displeasure of shopping at.

Customer DON'T Care Department
Everyshop sent me the wrong item. They only have two colours of said item. Yet it was so difficult for them. When I email to complain and bring their error to attention, they reply a day later asking me to go into my profile and log a return as if their error is my problem to resolve. I then called customer care and was told the same thing. Why bother having a 'Customer Care' department when you expect the customer to resolve the matters themselves? When you make an error, apologize and take responsibility for it. Don't make the customer clean up your mess.

Test Results Made PUBLIC
Lancet Laboratories posted my Tax Statement to someone else with the same surname as I. This included test results for my spouse and I. Our full names, dates of birth and the Doctors we visited were on the statement. An HIV/AIDS test was also on there. They broke the laws of confidentiality and privacy of South African citizens. I implore you, the public to be aware that any tests you have done at Lancet Laboratories is not private or confidential. There is no excuse for such disgusting disregard for patients who are scared and ill. Now we must also deal with the public knowing our test results and what tests we went for. You should hang your heads in shame Lancet Laboratories - you do not uphold the sacred values of Healthcare.

Test Results Made PUBLIC
Lancet Laboratories sent my Tax Statement to someone else with the same surname as myself. This statement included tests that my spouse and I had done over an entire year. Included in that was an HIV/AIDS test. It also includes our full names, the dates of our births , and names of the Doctors visited as well. This breaks the laws of confidentiality of South African citizens. I implore you, the public to keep in mind that whatever tests you have done with these unprofessional law breakers, may be made public. They don't respect your privacy or the law.

Lancet Labs Law Breakers make your test results PUBLIC
Lancet Laboratories sent my Tax Statement in hardcopy to a random person with the same surname as me. This included blood test results for HIV/AIDS. My actual name was included in the test results printed on the page. This means that anyone who uses Lancet Laboratories for an HIV/AIDS test will have their results disclosed to anyone in the general public of South Africa.
