Little Miss Grace lack of customer service and false advertising of timelines.

Please be aware of the lack of communication and some expect extended timelines from what is being advertised. I made an order and I was informed that my order will be be delivered within 1-2 days if it is not a personalised item and I am in a remote area. Little did I know after making the order there was additional number of days for preparation of the order. I contacted Little Miss Grace to let them know that this timelines will not work and there was never a single response to acknowledge my email. The next email was a few days later auto-generated with the tracking number.

So if its a gift you are buying for a particular occasion and you have a set timeline, rather buy at a store or another supplier with more precise timelines.
